As Singaporean households gear up for the new year, they can look forward to extra savings, thanks to initiatives from some of the country’s major supermarket chains. These measures come as the government rolls out $300 worth of CDC vouchers for all Singaporean households starting Friday, March 28.
FairPrice Group Offers $6 Return Voucher
FairPrice Group has launched a special promotion where shoppers can receive a $6 return voucher for every $60 spent using CDC vouchers at their supermarkets. This offer will be valid from March 28 to March 31. The return vouchers come with no minimum spend requirement and can be used in a single transaction. They are valid until March 27, 2026.Vipul Chawla, the group’s CEO, expressed hope that these return vouchers would provide families with support to help ease everyday expenses as they begin the year.
Giant Supermarkets Also Offering Similar Voucher Promotion
Shoppers at all Giant stores can also enjoy a $6 return voucher when they spend a minimum of $60 using CDC or SG60 vouchers between March 31 and March 29. These return vouchers will be available for use from March 28 to March 31, with no minimum spend required.
